Care and Repair
The Care and Repair program supports the improvement of the children's safety and living conditions through the financial support and coordination of facility renovations, and by providing support to volunteers and workers.

Swingsets were one of the first Care and Repair Projects
Followed by a multi-year project to replace faulty windows in the Rivne Baby House.

In 2008 a ramp was built to allow access to Pahinets. Previously parents had to carry their children, wheelchairs, etc. up the stairs to enter the building.

Then in 2009, a dilapidated pavilion at the Children's Home was rebuilt.
In 2010, USNOF is funding renovations at the Rivne Baby House, where a quarantine living space is being built for new arrivals to the orphanange.
